Zaragoza, May 27, 2025 - In an increasingly automated and technological business context, Prímula Asesores has shown that putting people at the center is not a trend, but a conviction. This was precisely the premise of the conference held in Zaragoza to commemorate our 25th anniversary: an event that brought together more than 80 professionals in the field of talent, leadership and human resources under the slogan "The person at the center of organizational development".

25 years accompanying organizations in the development of talent

The day began with a warm welcome from Antonio Aguelo, founder of Prímula Asesores, who shared with emotion how it has been possible to get here: 25 years accompanying organizations in their evolution, always with people as the axis.
As expressed by Nacho LahorgaADEA's secretary general, "it was an event full of hugs and smiles", a reflection of the spirit that has guided Prímula since its beginnings: building relationships based on trust, listening and shared purpose.

José Miguel Rodrigo, councilor of the Zaragoza City Council, also participated in the opening ceremony, highlighting the role of Prímula as a "national and international benchmark in the field of talent". In such a changing context, he added, involving people in the challenges and key decisions of an organization is more important than ever.

An inspiring conversation on leadership, talent and artificial intelligence.

The centerpiece of the event was a round table moderated by Maite Montes, product manager at Prímula Asesores, who gave voice to strategic profiles of leading companies:
- Juan AlcubierreDirector of People and Talent at Levitec
- Itziar Rabasa, People Director Europe at Werfen
- Zigor Ezpeleta, Director of Social Management at Corporación Mondragón
- Ane Cortázar, Head of Management Development at Mirai Investments

Through their experiences, the speakers explained how organizations are facing today's major challenges: digital transformation, the ethical use of artificial intelligence, generational change and the need to maintain coherent and human organizational cultures.

Leading from knowledge and authenticity

One of the main topics addressed was the leadership model required by complex environments. For Zigor Ezpeleta, this model is based on three pillars: "exigency, closeness and authenticity". And he added a phrase that resonated among the attendees: "You can't change anyone, what you can do is influence. If you want something to change, you have to consider that you can - and want to - change.

A leadership that begins with knowing oneself, as Juan Alcubierre from Levitec pointed out: "At demanding levels, it is very important to know yourself well and to know others well. Knowing what to ask for and how to ask for it".

Technology, talent and diversity: a nuanced relationship

Technology was another of the main themes of the meeting. Although artificial intelligence is already transforming HR departments, its actual implementation implies, as Itziar Rabasa pointed out, "prior preparation: automating processes, understanding data and training teams to use AI ethically".
In this context, tools such as Predictive Index help to better understand team dynamics and make data-driven decisions, without losing sight of the human dimension.

For Itziar, Predictive Index has been key: "It has helped me to manage the real diversity of the teams. And I'm not just referring to gender or age, but to complementary profiles and mentalities".

Zigor reinforced this idea when talking about the importance of organizational listening: "Reality is in the workers, not just in the strategic plans. Sharing requires spaces of psychological safety: cafés where you can talk without waiting."

A look into the future: empathy, adaptation and purpose

The event concluded with the intervention of Daniel AgueloBusiness Director at Prímula Asesores, who focused on the fundamental role of management in mobilizing talent.
"The organizations that grow are those that learn and adapt. But this is only possible when people are really at the center of the process."

The meeting made one idea clear: in a time when artificial intelligence sets the pace of change, human leadership continues to make a difference. In the words of the Primula team, "we still believe that the best algorithm is empathy".
This anniversary has been much more than a celebration. It has been a reaffirmation of the purpose of Prímula Asesores: to accompany organizations to build more human, inclusive and sustainable environments. And that commitment does not end here.
