Primula Asesores is a Human Resources Development and Talent Management Consultancy born in 1999, which celebrates its 25th anniversary in 2024. Certified partner and licensee of Predictive Index® (PI) in Spain, with more than 20 years of experience in the PI® platform for Talent Management.
Our interest is focused on facilitating and accompanying development processes of individuals, teams and organizations. We make a clear commitment to continuous improvement and innovation, with very practical methodologies applied to each context. With more than 15 years of professional experience in various fields, logistics and distribution, purchasing and procurement, commercial management and marketing, and in very diverse sectors such as the textile industry, consumer goods and food, industrial sector and distribution.

Daniel Aguelo
Communications and Marketing Director
University studies in Art History, Higher Technician in Marketing and Advertising, Community Manager and University Expert in Protocol and Ceremonial.
With 20 years of experience in the Media, collaborating with the production company FOR Comunicación, in tasks of direction, production, narration and commentator, in national media and, from 2005 to 2022, in the Corporación Aragonesa de Radio y Televisión.
In 2005, she joined the Joaquín Roncal Center where she has been performing the functions of head of communication, image and protocol until June 2021.

OUR HISTORY
We are a "learning organization", founded in 1999 by Antonio Aguelo and Teresa Coma, professionals oriented to learning in everyday life.
We promote this project, convinced that there are always new ways of doing and dealing with the usual situations experienced by people and organizations, because, just as the Primulas do, there are always resources that we can mobilize to move forward, even in the most adverse environments.
Our interest in facilitating development, both professionally and personally, has led us to a process of search and generation of new models that fit the experience. We are "people working for people", so that they get the best of themselves from who they are, either personally and/or as professionals and active members of an organization.
ANTONIO AGUELO
Founding partner
Doctor in Sociology, specialized in "Psychosociology of Organizations". Pedagogue and teacher. With 40 years of professional and managerial experience in various fields, in 1999 he promoted the Prímula Asesores project.
Author of articles, books and models oriented to the development of people, as DCM, he has worked with some of the most representative organizations in Spain.
Professor at the University of Zaragoza since 2001, today he is fully dedicated to teaching and research in the field of Social Psychology and Human Resources.
TERESA COMA
Founding partner
D. in Psychology and Learning, pedagogue and teacher.
Master in NLP and psychological intervention with D.B.M. and yoga teacher. With more than 25 years of managerial and professional experience in various fields, in 1999 she launched the Prímula Asesores project.
Author of articles, books and models oriented to the development of people, she has been a professor at the University of Zaragoza since 2006 and today is fully dedicated to teaching and research in the fields of Social Psychology, Education and Learning.
